My arm was aching like mad just now...most prob due to the massive build-up of lactic acid...note to self: Don't schedule BOTH squash and badminton in one day, and absolutely not when u r playing with the experts =p (Haha...realised that I still have a long long way to go in being adequate in both sports, but practice makes perfect, doesn't it?) But it feels good to work out again after the temporary MIA. Emerging from the sports centre into the cold fine rain outside feels really refreshing...wouldn't mind doing this more often IF it's possible to. A big IF really given the kind of work that we'll soon be facing...I think...
