It wasn't like I had expected really
Life's lessons, taught through that one sizziling fiasco
is tellingly enough of the fact that
Uni is JC no more

It's no easy task
Treading on that fine, fine thread
that binds U and Me
Which, when pulled, exerts tension
That could hurt
Until the pressure is removed
Or the string breaks into two

So there lies the challenge
of exerting just the right amount of force
In keeping both ends balanced
Adequately, comfortably
