I must admit-After having NoT caught a good movie for quite some time, I am currently rather tempted to splurge on one. Having read up on a number of raving reviews about the new kid on the (theatre) block, "Be With Me" comes across to me as a pretty worthy visual and sensual indulgence. Could still remember the setting of the last local movie I watched with a friend, when collective laughters and sobs filled the entire theatre (each at appropriate moments in the movie)...Guess it's time to support the local film industry again~waves national flag animatedly~ >=p

"...And many parts of the film had no music and virtually no spoken dialogue. Yet, the cinema was absolutely quiet – no popcorn munching, no sms beeps, no sniffles, no tissue paper rustling, no talking, no snoring – just absolute silence. This is as rare as .. say, finding cheese in char kway teow. .."

wow.

Only issue now is perhaps to find someone equally willing to part with the increasingly exorbitant cinema ticket price-money, and the same rare soul(s) with the time (scarcest commodity for me now! Any up for sale? heh.) and par interest(s) in the above-mentioned movie. 'Cuz gud muvees r fer sharin'...aren't they?
